For Indigenous Peoples in North America the discussion of climate change is not simply a matter of adaptation and mitigation, but addressing the root causes of the crises. This program will present recent short films documenting the devastating impacts of fossil fuel production and the responses of Indigenous Peoples in the U.S. and Canada. The films will be followed by an interactive dialogue with frontline indigenous advocates.
